This 23 year-old patient presented to Dr. Williams' office requesting gynecomastia surgery. he stated he developed breast tissue behind both nipples during puberty that never went away. The tissue was visible through his shirts and he was embarrassed to remove his shirt. Dr. Williams performed a gynecomastia reduction using an open technique. All of the tissue was removed and the results were amazing.
