This patient came to our office wanting to exchange her saline implants to silicone gel. She wanted to have a fuller breast and improve her breast shape. She underwent surgery and had a bilateral implant exchange with capsulectomy, secondary mastopexy as well as lateral and inferior capsulorrhaphy.
