This 42 year-old patient presented complaining of a firm, hard, encapsulated right breast and a ruptured left saline implant (that was also hard before the rupture). Dr. Williams removed and exchanged both saline implants with silicone gel implants while also removing the hard capsules. The patient is shown 3 months post-op with soft, symmetric breasts and is very happy with the natural looking results.
