This 21 year old patient presented with a bilateral tuberous breast deformity. This is characterized by a narrow breast base resulting in a long, tubular shape with the tissue pressing through the areola. She wanted to improve her shape without an implant. Dr. Williams performed a peri-areolar lift as well as scoring and shaping of the breast tissue and correcting the herniation of tissue into the areola. Post op pictures were taken three months later. She was thrilled with her results and stated how undergoing surgery drastically boosted her confidence level.
