This patient is 41 years old and lost a significant amount of weight after a bariatric procedure (weight loss surgery) and was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and arms due to some sagging and loss of volume. Dr. Williams performed a full mastopexy (breast lift) without an implant, using only the patients natural breast tissue, and an upper arm lift to remove all of the loose sagging skin.
