This 33 year-old patient is one of Dr. Williams' previous patients. She underwent a saline breast augmentation in 2009. She returned to Dr. Williams requesting removal of her implants because she no longer liked the way she looked with them. She wanted a slightly leaned, more athletic look to her chest. The implants were still very soft and natural looking. Dr. Williams removed the implants and capsules. No breast lift was needed. After surgery she had very soft, natural looking breasts and was thrilled with the results.
