This 22 year old patient was always unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and felt that she was out of proportion. Dr. Williams performed a bilateral breast augmentation utilizing saline implants through a periareolar (around the areola) approach. She is very pleased with the results. Her implants are soft, symmetric, and in excellent location.
