This 26 year old patient presented to Dr. Williams office requesting information regarding breast augmentation mammoplasty and correction of tubular breast deformity. She stated she had never had significant breast volume her entire life, but very prominent nipples, what she described as puffy areolas. She was interested in a very natural-looking breast size and shape. She stated she was an A cup wanting to be a mid-C cup. Dr. Williams performed a breast augmentation utilizing silicone gel implants through an inframammary approach. He then performed a periareolar (around the areola) mastopexy with scoring and contouring of the herniated breast tissue to correct the shape issues. Two months post operation she is doing extremely well and is thrilled with the results. The implants are soft and symmetric. Her wounds are healing nicely at this time and she will see an incredible improvement in the months to come.
