Breast Augmentation with Pectus Excavatum

This patient is 23 years old and presented to Dr. Williams office for a consultation regarding breast augmentation. Examination revealed a chest wall shape called pectus excavatum where the center of the chest is indented due to an abnormal sternum shape. Dr. Williams performed a breast augmentation with 2 different sized implants, a 295 cc high profile silicone implant on the right and a 325 cc high profile silicone implant on the left. This perfectly corrected the patients asymmetry. She loved the results.
