Mommy Makeover

This 43 year old patient presented to Dr. Williams office unhappy with her overly large implants and bulging lower abdomen. She stated that her 600cc implants were too heavy and she felt like they made her look fat. She also wanted a flatter abdomen and more shapely back. Dr. Williams replaced her 600 cc implants with 385 cc silicone gel implants and removed stretched skin underneath her breasts caused by the large implants (keeping the incision hidden in her breast fold). He also performed a tummy tuck, repair of her rectus diastasis, and liposuction of her flanks. The results show much improved proportions, a flat abdomen and a much more shapely back. She was thrilled with the results.
