Arm Lift following weight loss

This 38 year old patient presented to Dr. Williams' office after losing approximately 90 lbs through diet and exercise. Unfortunately, the skin on her arms did not tighten up after the weight loss and she was left with a significant amount of loose hanging skin. Dr. Williams performed an arm lift (brachioplasty) to remove the excess skin which resulted in a drastically improved shape with no more hanging skin. She was thrilled with the results.
